Music or Art Workshops Policies

  • Filled on a first come, first served basis.

  • Students must register online by filling out the registration form and sending payment. Payment is due in-full at the time of registration. Students must also sign the Liability release forms to participate.

  • There are a limited number of spaces available. We will accept “one timers” only after the minimum is reached. Participants who register for the 4 sessions will have priority. Pre-registration is needed to participate. For a 4 or more sessions workshop, If you can only attend one of the dates, you will need to register at least one week in advance.

  • Workshop fees are not refundable unless it is canceled due to low enrollment. There is a minimum number of participants needed for the workshop to occur.

Refunds / Cancellations

  • We keep classes small to be able to focus on every person especially. We also buy materials and/or bring drums, and prepare classes, pay for artists transport, etc., in advance.  We can’t accept cancellations because we wouldn’t have enough time to find someone to take your place. Workshop fees are non-refundable.

  • 100% refunds are made if the Workshop is canceled due to low enrollment.

  • All refunds will be returned via the original payment method. Please allow 2 weeks after workshop date for processing.

Waiver of Liability

These workshops (Art &/or Music Workshops) are facilitated by Mariana Oppel and Joy Circle Arts (the “Proprietors"). By registering for any of the Workshops offered on this website, you, the participant and/or the parent or guardian of the child participating (the “Participant”), agree to hold the Proprietors entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. By registering, you are agreeing to these terms and you forfeit all rights to bring a suit against the Proprietors for any reason.
